  • Return Policy

  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES: If you are not completely satisfied with your shop.kialco.com purchase, we will gladly exchange, replace, or credit your purchase (less original shipping & handling) within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, or washed. Contact kial customer service at (614) 793-0947, M-F, 10am-5pm EST, or email us 24/7 at customerservice@kialco.com for a return authorization PRIOR to returning the merchandise.

    You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

    We're sorry, we cannot accept returns for any items purchased from any other locations that sell kial merchanise. You should return to the original point of purchase for a refund.

    DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE & SHIPPING ERRORS: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will certainly replace or take back the item for a full refund at our expense (including original shipping & handling) within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. However, if the item has been altered by you after receiving it, we will be unable to accept the item for a return.
